Child abuse #1 action

Our group has made a poster about child abuse and put it up around the school, on the poster there was some facts about child abuse and phone numbers of helplines. The poster turned out pretty good and it had all the right information. The help of my team members made putting up the posters and they had some great ideas of where to put them up. One thing that got in the way was the amount of posters we had, we ran out and missed some parts of the school. Over all i think  this action was a success and it went exactly how i wanted.

Action plan 4 stage.

Action plan #1:
Create posters up around the school, on the posters there will be information about how you can help some one that has been abused and also emails/phone numbers of websites and organisations that deal with child abuse.
 
Action plan #2:
Contact whoever runs the teacher debrief in the morning and ask if we can do a little presentation on child abuse.

Action plan #3:
We will also be giving out leaflets to the teachers when we talk during the debrief on how they can help kids that come forward on being abused.

Action plan #4:
We will be making information cards and hand them out after deans assembly, on the cards there will be emails, phone numbers and help lines of child abuse company.

We chose child abuse because we think that when someone comes forward about abuse most people don't know how to react or how to help.
